First Time Visiting? Welcome!
We begin where you are.
You may be here because something doesn’t feel right anymore: A change, a transition, or ongoing pressure is affecting how you feel.
You might feel overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted — holding everything together, but with increasing effort.

And part of you knows: you don’t just want to cope, you want to understand — and feel more like yourself again.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
We explore together what feels most supportive for you.

You can start with a free introductory meeting — a simple space to see what you need and whether we are a good fit.

I Look forward to listening to you! 🙂

HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU
My work is not about fixing you.
It’s about supporting your connection with yourself
-In a way that feels safe and sustainable.
You may deeply want things to change,
especially when you see how certain patterns affect your life or your relationships.

And yet, despite everything you’ve tried
therapy, podcasts, personal work, resolutions - the change doesn’t seem to last.

This can feel frustrating, confusing, even discouraging.

Together, we can:
Regulate your nervous system, so you feel less overwhelmed in your daily life.
Understand patterns and inner conflicts, so they don’t keep repeating automatically.
Process difficult experiences at your own pace.
Reconnect with a sense of stability and clarity.
Have you feel supported and less alone as you move through life transitions.
My work brings together psychological understanding and body-based regulation.

This means we don’t only talk about what you are going through —
we also regulate your nervous system and pay attention to how it is held in your body.
MY APPROACH
Integrative. Trauma-informed. Relational.
We go at your pace — no pushing, no pressure.
Your sense of safety and nervous system come first.
Your experience is never reduced to a label or a method.
The work adapts to you — not the other way around.
I draw from different approaches
including trauma-informed and body-based methods
(IFS parts-work, somatic EMDR, breathwork, cognitive psychology)
to support cognitive, emotional and physiological regulation.

Over time, this work can help you feel more stable, less reactive, and more connected to yourself.

But to support you in finding your own way, with more clarity and trust in yourself.
