I draw from different approaches
including trauma-informed and body-based methods
(IFS parts-work, somatic EMDR, breathwork, cognitive psychology) 

to support cognitive, emotional and physiological regulation.

Over time, this work can help you feel more stable, less reactive, and more connected to yourself.

Payment is made via MobilePay or bank transfer before the session.
Packages are available for ongoing support.
