Service Description
This space is for you if something in your life feels difficult to carry alone — whether it shows up as overwhelm, emotional heaviness, disconnection, or recurring inner patterns that you don’t fully understand. Therapeutical support offers a steady and confidential space where you can take things at your own pace, without pressure to perform or “get better” quickly. The work is trauma-informed and rooted in careful listening. Rather than focusing on quick solutions, we take time to understand how your experiences — past and present — shape the way you feel, relate, and respond to the world. Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface: your emotional responses, inner narratives, and relational patterns. When relevant, we also include attention to the body — not as a technique to apply, but as a way of gently reconnecting with your internal experience. This process can help soften patterns such as rumination, emotional overwhelm, shutdown, or self-criticism, while gradually rebuilding a sense of safety, continuity, and inner coherence. Over time, the work supports a deeper shift — from adapting and coping toward feeling more present, connected, and able to live in a way that feels more aligned with who you are. Psychological understanding and a body–mind perspective are integrated to support meaningful and lasting change.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed sessions without notice and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are charged at the full session fee. It is not possible to cancel your appointment in the system less than 24 hours before. Contact me as soon as possible if there is an emergency.
