Service Description
This space is for you if something in your life feels hard to carry — whether that shows up as anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional heaviness, work-related strain, relationship patterns, or a quiet sense of disconnection from yourself. You don't need to arrive with a clear diagnosis or a tidy explanation of what's wrong. Often the work begins exactly where you are: with what you're feeling, what keeps coming up, and what you'd like to be different. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing on parts work (IFS), somatic EMDR, ACT, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and cognitive therapy — combined in a way that adapts to what you need at each stage. Some sessions will feel more body-based; others more reflective or cognitive. What guides the work is always your experience and your pace. Over time, this tends to shift something deeper than symptom relief. Rather than simply managing what's hard, you begin to feel more present, more grounded, and more connected to a way of living that actually feels like you.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed sessions without notice and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are charged at the full session fee. It is not possible to cancel your appointment in the system less than 24 hours before. Contact me as soon as possible if there is an emergency.
