Service Description
This work is centred on the body. Your breathing patterns and nervous system activity influence how you think, feel, and respond — often more than we consciously realise. When these patterns become restricted, heightened, or unstable, they can shape your daily experience in subtle but powerful ways. Breathwork and nervous system regulation offer a practical and structured way to work directly with these physiological processes. You may be drawn to this approach if you: feel disconnected from your body experience ongoing tension or inner restlessness find it difficult to access calm or grounded states notice irregular or constrained breathing patterns feel easily activated or, at times, shut down are looking for a more embodied and experiential process Sessions are guided and practical. We work with breath, pacing, body awareness, and regulation exercises that gradually support more flexibility and resilience in your system. The focus is not on performance or intensity, but on building regulation and capacity. Over time, you develop: a clearer awareness of your internal states the ability to shift your level of activation more intentionally a greater tolerance for emotional and sensory experiences a more stable and responsive nervous system This work is experiential and skill-based. It can stand alone as a somatic process or complement other therapeutic or coaching pathways.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed sessions without notice and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are charged at the full session fee. It is not possible to cancel your appointment in the system less than 24 hours before. Contact me as soon as possible if there is an emergency.
