Service Description
This work starts with the body. How you breathe, how your nervous system responds to stress, how tension is held physically — these patterns shape your daily experience more than we often realise. When they become restricted or dysregulated, the effects show up as anxiety, disconnection, restlessness, or a persistent sense of being stuck in a state you can't shift. Breathwork and nervous system sessions offer a direct way to work with these processes. Using guided breath, body awareness, and somatic regulation exercises, we gradually build more flexibility and resilience in your system — not through effort or performance, but through practice and presence. Over time, you develop a clearer sense of your internal states, a greater ability to shift your level of activation, and a more stable foundation from which to meet your life. These sessions work well as a standalone somatic practice, or alongside ongoing therapy. They are particularly suited to people who want to work more through the body than through talking, or who feel they've done a lot of cognitive work and want to go somewhere different.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed sessions without notice and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are charged at the full session fee. It is not possible to cancel your appointment in the system less than 24 hours before. Contact me as soon as possible if there is an emergency.
