Le stress et l’anxiété ne sont pas des faiblesses. Ce sont des schémas que votre système a développés en réponse à la pression, aux responsabilités ou à des exigences prolongées. Vous pouvez remarquer que vos pensées ralentissent rarement. Vous repassez les conversations, anticipez les problèmes et vous sentez responsable de tout maintenir en place. Le sommeil devient plus léger et le corps reste tendu — même lorsque la journée est terminée. De l’extérieur, vous pouvez sembler bien fonctionner. À l’intérieur, cela demande beaucoup d’effort. Stress and anxiety are not weaknesses. They are patterns your system has developed in response to pressure, responsibility, or ongoing demands. You may notice that your thoughts rarely slow down. You replay conversations, anticipate problems, and feel responsible for holding everything together. Sleep becomes lighter, and your body remains tense — even when the day is over. From the outside, you may seem to function well. On the inside, it feels effortful. In this process, we work with both understanding and regulation. You gain clearer insight into what drives your stress and anxiety, while learning practical ways to create more calm — both mentally and physically. We explore thought patterns, expectations you place on yourself, and the tendency to take on too much responsibility. At the same time, we work with how stress shows up in the body, how early signals can be recognised, and how to move from tension into recovery. The work is active, but not forceful. You learn skills at a pace that respects your capacity. The aim is not to remove ambition or responsibility, but to help you carry them with more steadiness, clearer boundaries, and a body that is not constantly braced. Over time, stress becomes something you can navigate — rather than something that runs you.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed sessions without notice and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are charged at the full session fee. It is not possible to cancel your appointment in the system less than 24 hours before. Contact me as soon as possible if there is an emergency.
