Sometimes there is a clear rupture, such as burnout or the need to leave a position. At other times, the difficulty is more subtle but persistent, gradually affecting your confidence, motivation, and overall wellbeing. This space allows you to step back and make sense of what is happening — not only in the situation itself, but in how it is affecting you. Together, we clarify the dynamics at play, identify what is within your control, and explore realistic ways of responding. The work combines reflective dialogue with practical support. This may include communication, setting boundaries, navigating difficult relationships, decision-making, and managing the emotional impact of ongoing pressure. The aim is not only to resolve immediate challenges, but to help you relate to your work with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust — so that your professional life feels more sustainable and aligned with who you are.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed sessions without notice and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are charged at the full session fee. It is not possible to cancel your appointment in the system less than 24 hours before. Contact me as soon as possible if there is an emergency.
